چکیده

In understanding strategic organisational transformation, in an effort to secure long-term competitive advantage, this paper explains the necessity of ! the role of learning, in ensuring an organisation’s ability to successfully transform itself into a learning organisation; focussing on ! the importance of an effective leadership style, enabling business to strategically align with the ability to adapt to change; and ! taking cognisance of the important role of culture in realising organisational transformation, gearing the organisation to adapt to the changing business environment.
